Jacket is of wool construction, short double breasted open collar having a 5 gilt fouled anchor button closure with Obermaat (Chief Petty Officer) fouled anchor insignia on left sleeve. Iron Cross second class button hole ribbon affixed to the jacket. Interior is lined in wool with two internal pockets. Jacket is offered
